WARRANTY All clubs we sell are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase. The warranty covers only defective merchandise or products that are out of specification. |
| DAMAGED UPON
RECEIPT Customers are responsible to inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt for possible damaged incurred in transit. Please contact the carrier immediately notifying them of the claim. Then call RE-GRIP within 10 days of receipt to place your claim notifying us with the information needed to obtain return authorization. Return damaged merchandise to RE-GRIP along with a copy of the original sales receipt withing 30 days from return authorization date for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued unless you have notified the carrier. |
